How long is the validity period for foreign documents after consular legalization?

Currently, foreign documents after consular legalization are not specifically limited in terms of validity period, and are not mentioned in binding documents including Decree 111/2011/ND-CP and Circular 01/2012/TT-BNG.

However, you need to pay attention to the requirements on the validity period of consular certification and consular legalization at the agency or organization to which you will provide/submit documents and information, usually within 3 months.
